ROCKIN” AGAINST “RAPE CULTURE” IN NEBRASKA
On Saturday in Lincoln, Nebraska, activists hosted an event called “Rock Against Rape Culture.” Wow, does that sound like a humdinger of a good time, or what? Organizer Rachel Tomlinson Dick”really, you can”t make this shit up”said that her band and other musical combos such as “The Boner Killerz” were taking a proactive stance against the alleged pervasiveness of “rape culture” in our society:
Rape culture is all around us and is something that women and femmes in particular have to constantly navigate. A president just took office who was caught on camera bragging about grabbing women “by the pussy.”
Indeed”but as they ALWAYS neglect to mention, Donald Trump said that when you”re famous, women let you grab them by the pussy, which implies consent, and is therefore not rape and qualifies as yet another false rape accusation.
Sorry, Ms. Dick”we are generously offering “rape culture” theorists such as you yet another chance to point to ONE message in this culture that encourages rape. Just one. We”d honestly like to see it. As far as we can tell, rape is perhaps only second to child molestation as an act that is universally condemned in this culture. If you want to examine a true rape culture, point eastward toward Mecca.
POLLS: AMERICANS AND EUROPEANS SUPPORT MUSLIM BANS
Despite the endless tantrum-throwing by Democrats in fierce denial of the fact that their entire worldview has been forever shattered, a recent poll by Politico and Morning Consult shows that there isn”t a single executive order by Donald Trump that is more unpopular than popular among Americans. This includes the misleadingly titled “Muslim ban,” the building of a wall along the Mexican border, the defunding of “sanctuary cities,” the dismantling of the Affordable Care Act, the revocation of US participation in the TPP, and the defunding of Planned Parenthood”without fail, the poll shows that in every case, more Americans approve of Trump’s actions than oppose them.
A robust fifty-five percent of Americans support Trump’s so-called “Muslim ban.” Perhaps even more devastating to progressive dreamers is the fact that a recent wide-ranging poll of Europeans found that an identical quotient”55%”supported similar bans of increased Muslim immigration into their countries. This included a whopping 71% of Poles, who appear to be the most red-pilled of all modern European populations.
So to the ear-splittingly loud members of “The Resistance,” we encourage you to keep flailing away. All we ask is that you come to grips with the fact that your resistance is futile.
