Check out the loving and reality-defying profile on Yahoo! News of the shirtless black man using an aerosol can as a flamethrower in a now-iconic photo from the Charlottesville chaos. Reporter Jeff Farrell unquestioningly swallows the uber-dubious narrative of flame-wielder Corey Long, a “care worker” who claims that “white supremacists” fired a gun at his feet—but police did nothing—then more “white supremacists” lunged at him with flagpoles, causing him to think quickly and fight back “with a spray can he said he found on the ground.”
As far as I know, no one besides Corey Long has reported even one instance of gunshots being fired during the Charlottesville riot. One would think that would be a big story, no? But all this idiot reporter needed to hear was the phrase “white supremacists,” and he gullibly gulped down every word.
Pavlov’s modern battalions of lapdogs are trained to bite at the mere hint of “white supremacists,” no matter how hyperbolic or flat-out inaccurate that term is. The quote’s authenticity is disputed, but there are suggestions that even Adolf Hitler wasn’t a white supremacist.
But now, seemingly overnight, we are all “white supremacists” who must be silenced—preferably by being beaten to death. Because, you see, according to modern leftists in Moral Overdrive, that’s not violence. It’s the only path toward peace.
